This takes you to the \u201cRecord Expense\u201d page.<\/p>\n<p>4. Fill in the \u201cDate\u201d, \u201cPaid to\u201d and \u201cPaid via\u201d fields<\/p>\n<p>5. On the Categories field click on the drop-down list.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.handdy.com\/home-accounts\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Record-Expense-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Scroll down to the bottom and click on \u201cAdd New Category\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.handdy.com\/home-accounts\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Record-Expense-3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. An \u201cAdd New Category\u201d window opens.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.handdy.com\/home-accounts\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Record-Expense-4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>8.
